We’re glad you’re here! Acadia partners with Motivo to provide access to high-quality, vetted clinical supervisors to Acadia’s staff members. Sessions are held virtually (or in-person when required by the state board) through Motivo’s secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Motivo will hand-select the best supervisor for your staff based on their program’s needs.
Once matched, supervision will commence on Motivo’s HIPAA-compliant video platform where sessions are scheduled and attended, supervision notes are kept and hours are tracked towards licensure.
As a benefit to staff, Acadia has partnered with Motivo to provide accessible virtual (or in-person when applicable) clinical supervision to Acadia’s team members.

Absolutely! We verify the licensure credentials of each supervisor on our platform. Additionally, all Motivo supervisors sign a legal attestation form to verify that they meet the requirements to supervise in their state.

While matching can take up to 2-3 weeks, we strive to find a great match as soon as possible. Once your team matches with a Motivo supervisor, the supervisor can begin scheduling sessions immediately!
We sure do! From the supervisees’ dashboard, they will see a summary of the date, time, duration and type of each supervision session attended through Motivo. Clinicians can export a report of these hours as an Excel or PDF document.
Yes! Our supervisors are well-versed in the supervision documentation needs and requirements across all licensure types (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC). They will complete licensure paperwork as needed, at no additional cost.
Yes, Motivo can provide supervision to Acadia’s interns/students upon approval from their University.

Motivo’s platform is accessible from anywhere that your staff has internet access. Virtual supervision sessions can be joined from a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone.
