If a supervisee is unable to attend a scheduled session, the supervisee is required to inform their supervisor at least 24 hours prior to the session so other arrangements can be made.
However, we understand that last-minute circumstances and emergencies come up. Therefore, if a supervisee gives less than 24 hours notice or doesn’t attend a scheduled appointment, their supervisor has the choice to categorize the session in the following ways:

Cancelled with notice which the supervisor selects if the supervisee provided greater than 24-hours notice of cancelling.

No show/late cancel which means the supervisee did not follow the cancellation policy of 24-hours notice. The supervisee or employer will be charged and the supervisor will be paid.
